Name: Blaise Alistair Shea
Hometown: Middle of, Nowhere
Hobbies: That’s a big question. Let’s see. I’m a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, more specifically Hapkido. I also study a variety of other martial arts including Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Krav Maga. I am a novelist, currently unpublished but seeking to change that as soon as possible. In terms of sports aside from Martial Arts, my strength is in Tennis, Lacrosse, and Basketball (although I do not play the last for a league). I’ve played piano for almost 13 years, as well as guitar, drums, and the vibraphone for shorter lengths of time. If you don’t know what a vibraphone is, look it up. Well, that’s all I’m going to write here. After all, this is meant to be general. Right?
Music: is extremely important to me. If I’m not listening to music, it can probably be explained in one of two ways. 1- I’m doing AP homework; or 2- I’m playing Halo. I listen to way too many bands to list them here, though. I’m the keyboardist in a band titled “73 Before Tragedy”, although that name may change, and, if things go as planned, we’ll be creating our own originals soon. I prefer songs with lyrics that require thought, but will listen to most. But don’t ever come to me about pop culture or anything else characteristic of my shallow generation. Ever.
Videogaming: Anything related to Halo, Fallout, Bioshock…Y’know what, I can make this simple. Call of Duty = crap. Considering the divisions that have formed in today’s video gaming community, that should actually tell you quite a bit (unfortunately). When it comes to Halo, I tend to play focused rather than careless, and my strength is in teamwork. I play my best in a team. Working alone, my strength is in long range, defensive combat.
Other: Not sure what to say here. After all, I’ve already written a massive post. In fact, I’ll let it end here in the hope that if anybody actually reads this, their brain may still be intact. Good luck to all of you, and thanks for visiting TAG!
